Join us at JCCC for a Broadway Review!

THIS IS A TEASER!  GOT YOUR ATTENTION?

Be watching for details for you and a date to attend "100 Years of Broadway"  for FREE at Carlsen Center, Johnson County Community College later in the spring.

Well ... did I say "free?"  Let's say "at no charge", because of course president Trish is gonna make us work for it!

Rotary Leaders, Now Hear This!

Wanting to get more involved, or know how Rotary really works? Run for the board or an office some day?

Our District 5710 will be conducting the next class of the Rotary Leadership Institute (RLI) in Topeka, Kansas  starting January 30, 2017.  RLI is open to any Rotarian who is interested in learning more about our amazing organization  Besides the networking and exchanging ideas with other Rotarians, attending will enhance your knowledge of all facets of Rotary and how it works - especially obtaining & retaining members.

Here is our schedule.  All sessions will be from 8:30 am to 3:00 pm

Session I -   Saturday, January 28th        Focus is on you, the Rotarian
Session II -  Saturday, February 25th    Focus is on your Club
Session III - Saturday, March 11th         Focus is on your Rotary Journey
Wow!  What a speakers list for 2017!

Bring a Guest, We've got Great Speakers!

Check out the lineup for the 2017 speakers so far, and think about inviting a friend or colleague to join us.  Dominic Senese has been earning his stripes as Speakers Chair, thank you Dominic.
FAMILY OF ROTARY
We're Family.  We're Friends.

Our resident humorist, Greg Musil took a bad spill over the holidays and messed up a leg pretty badly.  When you only have one of them, this is a big problem.  As we go to print, surgery is scheduled for Friday the 13th, which in no way is an omen on the outcome.  Greg, mend well!

Our resident southern gentleman, Doug Young, is home recovering from another surgery to help get more circulation in his legs.  He continues to struggle with mobility, but Doug, roll back in to join us soon, please?
