WORLD CUP BBQ
The Rotary Club of Leawood, Kansas and the Rotary Club of Overland Park, Kansas are hosting a good old-fashioned BBQ at the Home Place Farm in southern Leawood. It is provided at no cost as a “Welcome To KC" gift. Folks, this is the real deal: a historic venue with wood smoked KC BBQ and craft beer. If you are a Rotarian that is visiting Kansas City, a Rotarian from the Kansas City area, or are hosting Rotarian guests during the World Cup, please RSVP and come and join in with the fun.

On April 15th Overland Park Rotary heard presentations from 2 amazing Blue Valley Seniors hoping for college scholarships from the Club. In the end both Seniors received $1,125 each.
Gabrielle Poeshl will be attending Kansas State University in the fall and Molly Scheibel will be attending the University of Kansas. We are happy to be able to play a small role in the amazing things that they will do with their lives.
