It's a "Mingle Monday" this week
so there is no Zooming!
But we do have a call to arms! For our Refugee Community Project, sponsored through Advent Health and in coordination with our Interact Club. (It takes a village to get this done, people.)
We need 5 volunteers to work from 9 to noon on October 31st.
We could use a truck, too!
Volunteers will be sorting food, hygiene products and books.
Location will be Mercy & Truth Medical Clinic, 721 N 31st. ST, KCK.
And David needs back-up volunteers, to serve on this date AND to express an interest in serving on November 7th when we distribute the shoes purchased with club and district grants.
Our Shawnee Mission South Interact Club will then staff the distribution of product between 1 and 4PM at Trailridge Middle School, 7500 Quivira.
