Isaac Lee Collins is a community-focused entrepreneur, business coach, and speaker. His entrepreneurial journey began at age 23 when he competed and successfully earned ownership of a Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory through the MWSU Craig School of Business Entrepreneurial Program. Fourteen years later, Isaac has founded and operated nine for-profit businesses and one nonprofit across a variety of industries, including food and beverage, real estate investing and construction, health supplements, yoga therapy and training, and professional services.
Today, he owns Fifth & Emery Frozen Yogurt & Chocolate, with five (soon to be six) locations across the Kansas City metro area, and Streamlined Profit Academy, a business coaching company. Isaac’s mission is to create positive community impact through entrepreneurship, and to empower others to do the same.
When he’s not building businesses or mentoring others, Isaac enjoys quality time with his wife, Rachel, and their two young children, Sage (5) and Isaac the Fifth, who goes by Quinn (3).
Noorah Nachbor (pronounced “Neighbor”) is an HR professional, recruiter, holistic wellness practitioner, and solopreneur with nearly 20 years of experience helping people and organizations thrive.
Originally from Baghdad, Iraq, Noorah grew up in Manhattan, Kansas, and attended Kansas State University. She built her career in human resources and recruiting, helping organizations identify talent, build strong teams, and connect people with meaningful career opportunities.
In 2024, Noorah left the corporate world and launched The Leap, LLC, a boutique staffing and talent placement agency, combining her passion for people with her expertise in recruiting and HR.
In 2025, she took another leap and launched Palm & Light, holistic wellness practice focused on Reiki, energy healing, personal expansion, and intuitive coaching. Through her work, Noorah helps clients reduce stress, support nervous system regulation, release limiting patterns, and gain greater clarity, confidence, and self-awareness.
Today, she continues her work in recruiting and HR while growing Palm & Light, bridging the worlds of professional development, leadership, personal growth, and holistic wellness.
Noorah is married and a proud mom to her 12-year-old daughter. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, spending time in nature, and connecting with her community.
Palm & Light is a KC based holistic wellness practice focused on nervous system regulation, energy healing, mindset, and personal growth. Through Reiki, energetics, and mindset + intuitive coaching, clients are supported in reducing stress, releasing limiting patterns, reconnecting with themselves, and creating greater balance in mind, body, and spirit.
Harold Frye, John Rasmus, and John's dog Duckie represented the club on Sunday, October 4th, at the Geeks for Kids Trunk or Treat. At the event, they passed out treats and visited with families of children with special needs that have benefited from the Geeks for Kids cars this year.

The conference begins Friday, October 23rd at 5:00 p.m. and continues through Saturday evening at the DoubleTree Hotel in Manhattan. It will be a wonderful opportunity to connect with Rotarians from across both districts, exchange ideas, celebrate our impact, and leave inspired for the year ahead.

POP-UP Pastry Event
October 16th, 3:00 p.m.
Johnson County Community College
The Pastry students ast Johnson County Community College offer their latest creations for sale on Fridays during the fall semester. Chef Damian Fraase has agreed to host our club on Friday, October 16th at 2:55 PM. The students open their shop called 12 Dames and 1 Dude promptly at 3PM. There is always a line and they run out of delicious pastries by 5 PM.
Last week some of the items they had were: Gluten Free Chocolate Decadence, Cowboy Cookies, Ginger Peach Danish, Carmel Sunflower Cream Puff and Crispy Filo Apple Pie. If you can't make up your mind, take home a Butterfinger Pie! One student made Homemade Milk-Bone Dog Biscuits. Most items are under $4. You can pop in, or stay a few minutes. It's a great way to start your weekend.
Please buy a couple of squares in the Polio Plus "game day pool" for the game to be played between Kansas and Kansas State Universities on October 17, 2026. Winning squares will be based on the scores at the end of each of the first three quarters as well as the final score with $100 going to each of those four winners. The balance in the pool will go to POLIO PLUS.
