Kanbe’s Markets Service Project

Club volunteers worked at Kanbe’s Markets, a 501(c)3 non-profit, whose mission is to build a more inclusive food system by transforming food loss into food access. Thanks to their work sorting, edible food that had been considered waste was sorted to increase availability of nutritious foods.
